It's time for the annual fried chicken sandwich madness.
National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day returns this Thursday with a ton of offers and freebies, enough to satisfy everyone's cravings.
Fast-food chains including Burger King, Popeyes, and Pollo Campero have specials lined up for the made-up food holiday, held annually on Nov. 9.
Here's what's on the menu for this year.
Burger King: Free chicken sandwich
Burger King is offering a free Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich with orders of $5 or more, placed in the app or online.
The freebie is only available for members of the brand’s loyalty program, Royal Perks, which is free to sign up for. Members must activate the offer before making their purchase and can only order one burger per account. The offer is not valid with any other coupons or offers or on delivery.
Popeyes: Free chicken sandwich
Popeyes kicked off their celebrations on Nov. 2 offering a free chicken sandwich with the purchase of any chicken sandwich combo. The offer includes all chicken sandwich flavors including Classic, Spicy, Blackened, Bacon & Cheese, and Spicy TRUFF. The offer can be availed online or through the Popeyes app until Nov. 12. Only one free sandwich can be claimed per order.
Note: while the offer is also valid on delivery orders, the prices for those orders will be higher.
Pollo Campero: $1 deal
Guatemalan chicken restaurant Pollo Campero is celebrating National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day with a weeklong $1 deal, available both in-store and online, with the code "SANDWICH23".
Get a spicy or regular chicken sandwich for only $1 with the purchase of a large drink all week from Nov. 6 to Nov. 11.
Krystal: Buy One Get on 50% Off
For National Fried Chicken Sandwich Day, Krystal is offering a buy one get one at half-price on their fan favorite Chik. On Nov. 9, customers can purchase one Chik and get a second one at 50% off, with code "CHIKITOUT" at checkout.
This deal is valid only on Krystal's digital platforms (app and website) and only for one day. The maximum order limit is five per order and only available while supplies last, so get it early.
